These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and wwdc26 ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by wwdc26, you expressly agree to be bound by all provisions in this document, including the Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines published from time to time.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the wwdc26 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without compensation.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. wwdc26 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and security purposes.
- Password confidentiality: You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Unauthorised activity: All activity that occurs within your account is considered your own action. If you suspect unauthorised access, please contact our support team immediately.
- False information: Providing false or misleading information during registration is a serious violation that may result in account closure and further action.
- Account transfer: User accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party under any circumstances.
3. Payments, RM Transactions & Withdrawal Policy
All transactions on the wwdc26 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is their own and legally valid. The use of third-party payment methods without authorisation is strictly prohibited.
- Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts and daily deposit limits are subject to the platform's current policy and will be displayed in your account at the time of transaction. wwdc26 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
- Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with wwdc26's internal procedures. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet that has been verified in the name of the registered user.
- Bonuses and promotions: Each bonus or promotional offer is subject to specific terms stated at the time the offer is made. Misuse of bonuses will result in the forfeiture of the relevant credits.
- Verified transactions: Any transaction successfully carried out through your account is considered valid and final unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical error confirmed by the platform.
- Taxes: Users are solely responsible for any taxes or financial liabilities arising from winnings or transactions made through the wwdc26 platform.
4. Platform Usage Rules, Limitation of Liability & Account Policy
Users agree to use the wwdc26 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Limitation of Liability: wwdc26 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including device damage, data loss, or business disruption. wwdc26's total liability shall not exceed the amount of the user's last successful deposit.
Account Suspension and Closure: wwdc26 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user suspected of violating these Terms, without the need to provide reasons or prior notice. Any legitimate remaining balance may be reclaimed through the stipulated review process, subject to full identity verification.
5. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property: All content on the wwdc26 platform — including logos, text, designs, graphics, software, and databases — is the exclusive property of wwdc26 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links: The wwdc26 platform may include integrations with third-party services such as payment providers or game providers. wwdc26 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms: wwdc26 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms will always be available on this page. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
